Here's how it works: you tell us what you need, we source it, and you're welcome to join us live on a video call to choose between options, then we quote you a price. You decide whether to proceed. No obligation.
Requesting a Quote
The Get a Quote button is the first thing you see on your dashboard home. Tap it, fill in your preferences, brand, budget range, size, hand, weight, and any comments, and submit.
If you're not sure what you want yet, browse Member Picks for inspiration. It shows what we're actively sourcing for other members, so you can get a feel for what's available and what things cost.
You can also request a quote via WhatsApp, phone call, or email: whatever's easiest for you.
What Happens Next
Once your request is submitted:
- We find options: We check availability and pricing across our network. You're welcome to join us on a video call and look at options together.
- Quote issued: Once you've picked what you like, we issue a formal quote in your dashboard with itemised pricing
- You decide: Review the quote and accept or let it expire. No obligation.
Quote Validity
Quotes are valid for 24 hours from the time they're issued. After that, they expire automatically. If a quote expires, you can request a new one, pricing may vary based on current availability.
Accepting and Paying
When you're ready to proceed:
- Open the quote from My Quotes in your dashboard
- Review items and pricing
- Choose your payment method:
- UPI: 0% fee (recommended)
- Razorpay (cards, wallets, netbanking), 2.42% gateway fee
- International cards: 4.31% gateway fee
- Apply credits if you have any (optional)
- Complete payment
Orders ₹3,000 and above qualify for free shipping.
After Payment
Your order progresses through these stages:
- Paid: Payment confirmed
- Shipped: Order dispatched, tracking shared via WhatsApp
- Delivered: You confirm receipt in your dashboard
- Completed: Order finalised, your earned credits are released
Credits on Orders
You earn credits on every order, released to your balance after the order is completed. The amount varies per order. Credits can be used toward future orders or membership renewal.
